I will never admit to being wrong until I see evidence to back your words as truth. As with a charge of murder, it is one thing to make the claim, and something else to show the claim is true. You SAY there is a god. You SAY your scripture is the word of god. OK, so SHOW ME. Show me the smoking gun of god…

my answer:
This answer is the same yesterday, today, and forever. It will always be the same. Creation is crying out yet you refuse to believe. Your ( and others like you ) hypocrisy remains. You believe so much through what you see yet with God you refuse. You are hard hearted.
Go outside…right now…walk into a field and begin looking around. Look at the mountains and the streams. See your smoking gun my friend. See it! Stop doubting and believe. I can at least understand if you say you aren't sure "which" God to believe in but you aren't sounding like an agnostic by saying show me "proof."

my answer:
Proof is all around you my friend. If you walk on the shore of the beach and you see a word written in the sand is it not "proof" that someone or some-thing wrote it? Your logic is flawed…along with all atheists. An atheist ( as the scriptures declare ) is indeed a fool. At worst an atheist should be agnostic.
Agnostic continues:
For all I know there actually might be a god or a god-equivalent out there somewhere. We have NO idea what there IS beyond a distance of about 13 billion light years, so I admit there MAY be a god somewhere in the infinite cosmos, but I see NO evidence so far that backs your claims!
I answer:
Creation is evidence of a Creator my friend. There is no other way around it. If you don't have the "faith" to believe that's ok but at least admit that the evidence is overwhelming. Sheesh.
Agnostic:
One other thing, IF your scripture is to be believed, your god is evil, vengeful, vindictive and a mass murderer. What was this whole Noah and the ark thing about anyway?
me:
Then every judge in the land is evil, vengeful, vindictive and a mass murderer. You have no understanding of justice. My God doesn't kill people for fun as you make Him out to. In fact He said, "I did not come to destroy men's lives but to save them." Why don't you take responsibility for your own actions people?
Agnostic:
Are you seriously trying to tell me that wasn't god calling for a do-over? Are you seriously trying to tell me that every living thing NOT on the ark deserved to DIE by drowning? What did all of that death and destruction MEAN? Were all those people, plants and animals that died EVIL and only those on the ark were GOOD?

These are things that take study, prayer, and meditation from a sincere heart. I believe I do know the answers to these questions but I encourage you to seek them out for yourself. See Genesis 3 and Romans 8.
Agnostic:
How exactly did your god justify SO much killing performed by HIS hand? And how come he had to use an ark anyway and rely on Noah to gather living things 2 by 2? If your god can DO anything as your scripture claims, why didn't god simply wave his hand and make it all just happen?
Why torture everyone and everything NOT on the ark with a slow death by eventual drowning when they could no longer tread water?

Go back and read what you wrote later. Do you have children? When you had to enforce your decrees at home ( if you did ) then when your children cried foul what did you tell them? Be careful in your hypocrisy. You question the Creator. He owes you no explanation of anything but I believe the answers can be found….if one is sincere. You lack a great deal of wisdom and that sorrows me. You sound like a small child throwing a tempter tantrum. You're an "accuser" of God instead of trying to understand His justice and "why" He did the things He did. I encourage you to ask your questions to him…in your closet and then seek out to find the answers. The fear of the Lord is the "beginning" of Wisdom so until you are there…all is as you said….a waste of time.
Suggestion:
I no longer search for the "proof" I once required. I got all the proof I needed in between the velvet nothingness of life/death. I am assured that Jesus is who He said He is and does what He said He did and does. Christ saved me from the clutches of Satan as I was on my way to Hell. I am grateful that Wisdom did not turn Her back on me. I know that I know that I know. The truth shall set you free. Indeed. I am no longer twisted up in my quest and am now free to do the work laid out before me. My challenge now is knowing what the will of the Lord is in many situations. The pruning of the unfruitful from one's life is often painful but more so if you disregard the whisper of the Lord.
