I only do it occasionally. it wouldn't show up unless they were specifically looking for it, right?
Suggestion:
It would show up in a general health test, but I doubt they would be checking for it, as most tests are specific to whatever they are testing you for. And, in any case, they would not tell anyone due to patient confidentiality, unless they were specifically asked to disclose the information by the police or some other authority.
