Would taking some melatonin pills (just a few/couple milligrams worth, nothing big), grinding/crushing them into a fine powder, mixing in it with a regular smoking product (cigarettes, tobacco, pipe, etc, NOT cannabis), and then smoking it would help you fall asleep much faster? I'm a smoker and an insomniac. I find that melatonin sometimes helps me to fall asleep but not all the time. Cigarettes alone used to do the same thing until I got addicted. But would combining the two together have a much more powerful, relaxing effect to the body?
And yes, I am VERY much aware of the dangers of smoking. You don't have to remind me.
Suggestion:
If you've crushed them…can't you snort it?
otherwise drink some camomile tea and spray your pillow with lavender aromatherapy.
Also, subscribe to sleep hygeine.
