Why Am I Having Trouble Sleeping?

3 months ago i decided to stop smoking, and i was going ok but after 2 months non smoking… i started to have way too much trouble sleeping. After that i started smoking again but like 3 or 4 cigarettes per week. I thought that would help but it made things worse, i couldn't sleep at all for like 3 days. So with non sleeper anxiety i started smoking pretty much a 20 pack every 2 days and well I'm sleeping again but I do want to quit smoking…

Any ideas? or anybody else has the same problem?

I exercise regularly (once every 2 days), and i do drink but only thursdays and saturdays. I also work 4 hours a day and i do go to college on tuesdays and thursdays only 3 hours.

Suggestion:

off all lights while sleeping and listen to soft music very low volume and think u with your love one in some dream place…i am sure it will helps u…or if u like to read books,read some books than listen to music..enjoy life say bye bye to smoking
