What is the Difference Between Head Highs and Body Highs from Smoking Weed?

what are the effects of weed that brings on a head high and what are the effects of smoking body high weed? is there any hidden danger of smoking head high weed? (because i got really messed up after smoking head high weed and am very curious? i feel it brought on severe depression/anxiety)

there really is no difference in head high weed and body high weed. actually theres no such thing as just body high weed and just head high weed. it all depends on how much you smoke. and having head high will cause depression due to the fact that the THC causes depression. weed is a depressing drug.
