Was It Better to Give Up the Beson & Hedges Menthol Lights or the Vodka?

Stress is building up in life once again….duh! and I really feel smoking was my best vise.

: Have you tried weed? A lot safer than cigarettes and vodka. OR…..you could bypass all harmful substances and learn yoga or deep breathing and relaxation methods.
