The Easiest Way to Quit Smoking

The problem with most people is that they don’t go about it the right way. Prepare yourself – this is something that is often overlooked and it is a key component to the success of being able to quit. If you do your research and know exactly what you are going to be up against, you are more than likely going to be able to have a plan in action to deal with the withdrawal symptoms.

Cold Turkey. Many people scoff at quitting cold turkey, but it deserves more credit than it gets. Distraction. Hand in hand with cold turkey, the whole reason why cigarettes are so “hard” to quit is because everybody sits around and thinks about them so much.
