This book is about making it much easier for people to stop smoking by eating/drinking a special foods diet. I made several attempts to stop smoking over a thirty year period. Then there is the need for planning and shopping. Organisation is the key to most successful outcomes in any endeavour. The diet can be done alone, but I feel it would be more helpful for people to use the diet in conjunction with one or more complementary therapies, whether it’s hypnotherapy, acupuncture, homoeopathy, or any of the other strategies that I mention.
