I am currently 4w5d pregnant and picked tomorrow to quit smoking. I've been smoking for 10 years and have never quit before but this pregnancy I am determined to do it.
What are some good ways to help curb the cravings?
Suggestion:
I know of people who have quit and they started munching on candy, which ended up with them gaining a lot of weight. My brother started munching on mints. My mom started munching on ice chips.
