Suggestion:
Probably not a thing. The effect it has on cats is non-narcotic, that's why cats only need to smell it, not inhale or eat it.
edit:
To clarify, cats just really, really like the smell (though researchers aren't clear as to why). It doesn't affect them like a drug would, so it's unlikely to have any drug-like effect on you.

I did it once when I was 8. It does absolutely nothing, but it hurts to inhale.

You'll probably get quite the headache from it. Besides that, nothing will happen. Cats have to smell it, not smoke it. Probably best just to save your papers for the real stuff.
