no such thing. that's the punishment we get for starting smoking in the first place. just as it wasn't easy to take your first pull, it won't be easy to drop your last. accepting that fact makes it just slightly easier.

Suggestion:
I took Chantix – it was easy, but I picked the cigs back up again in 3 months. Then the doctor told me I had the beginnings of lung disease and would be on an oxygen tank in 10 years if I didn't quit. I put the cigs down, haven't touched them since. I'm not suggesting that you wait for the health problems to surface, however, there has to be a reason to "have" to quit…no choice. Make it so you have no choice, and it will be a lot easier than you think.
