Should I Stop Smoking Weed?

Hello, I'm 22 years old, Ive smoked cigarettes for 5 years and I've been smoking pot daily for around 7 years, minus a couple of months when I had to get clean for a drug screening or something like that. In the past week my life has been going through some stressful changes, I've been unemployed for about 2 months, and I'm now going to have to move back in with my mother and start over from scratch. Ive been with my girlfriend for near 3 years and this will be the first time that I wont be living with her since we started dating, which will undoubtedly add more stress to the relationship. Especially since she will now be living about 5 hours away. I'm an extremely unmotivated individual, I procrastinate everything and I think that the pot may have something to do with this. Of course it could be something else, I hear that playing video games too much can make you that way, but the pot is easier to blame then my own mind. For instance I know I should go back to school, I'm very intelligent and I know that I dont want to be a cook for the rest of my life, even though I do enjoy working in kitchens. I would like to go back to school and do some sort of computer based learning, but when I think about going to school it just seems like more work then its worth. My best friend is exactly like me in almost every way, he has the same aspirations as me, but he is every bit as unmotivated and lazy as I am.

Sorry I veered off subject there for a little bit. Back to the pot, I dont drink, and smoking or gaming is pretty much my only vice, smoking also helps me to avoid thinking about the problems in my life, which also may be a bad thing, how can i conquer my life if i never face it? Anywho, I was just needing some outsider input. Thank you for your patience.

Suggestion:

No man, you're fine. But get ready for little 12 year old girls spamming your question and saying "ONG SMOKING WEED WILL KILLS U!!!!1!11! IF YOU DON'T STOP NAUW ULL DIES!!!!!!!!!!" And i'll probably get 20 thumbs down for telling the truth, but these little kids have given into the "Scare Tactics". You're perfectly fine. My dad and I have smoked together for +5 years, and nothing bad has happened to either one of us. Cannabis is a natural plant and It's used medicinally (The way I use it for Scoliosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.) As well as recreationally. Cannabis is not physically addictive, but if you go overboard (Smoking +4 times a day), You'll feel depressed but that's because you let it control your life. YOU are in control, not Cannabis. And if you smoke quite a bit at once, you get the "Burn-out" which is your "Tired and lazy" feeling. So try not smoking for 4 days, or cut down to getting high 2 times a day and you won't get burn-out (Which I HATE!!!) I hope I helped and I hope you pick my answer.
