Ok so yeah I've got snus and yeah will it help me quit?? I mean it cant be THAT bad for you if you can swallow it =p

smoke is bad for health ,your mouth will smell bad ,your teeth will decay ,please take the name of God and ask God's help you will get it and can avoid smoking , please seek the help of God ,Men do not like women who smoke ,
