I meant "sniffing", but not talking about sniffing substances, allright! My partner has allergies and constant colds, ironically more since he gave up smoking. As a result his nose runs and he sniffs constantly. It drives me UP THE WALL! He refuses to breathe through his mouth, and doesnt want to take medication all the time. Am I being intolerant? I have asked him about it and he says he cant help it. I worry that his co-workers are getting annoyed too.
Suggestion:
I wouldn't think it is. It is outrageously annoying as well.
The other answers are good. He should not live with it, but get it taken care of…before someone takes care of it for him.
You could threaten to stuff a tissue up each nostril as a last resort threat.
