I just saw some stuff for electronic cigarettes and it says that it uses water vapor instead of smoke but then it talks about these cartridges you have to buy that provide the favor and stuff. But my question was if you didn't want flavor just plain water vapor than could you constantly keep refilling the cartridges with water at home or would you have to keep buying little cartridges of water, if the latter is the answer than I think the product would be overly expensive.
Suggestion:
I don't understand the person who thinks smoking kills brain cells. You can't smoke vapor you moron. And to answer your question, I am sure there is someway to refill it. As long as you have a compressor.
