I'm a 26 year old female. I'm 5"5 and 125 lbs, but I have the tiniest bone structure in the world… my ring finger is a size 4, and my ankles are the same size as my skinny 7 year old niece's For my body type, I should weigh 115 my doc said. I was laid off a year and a half ago, and the only time I get off the couch is for an interview or to smoke a cig. I quit smoking and want to eat right and exercise to be healthy and lose 10 pounds… any tips?
Suggestion:
First you have to consult with a nutrition specialist because if you want to start a right and healthy diet you have to know what kind of food types your body lacks. For example different blood types need to take different Vitamins and supplements. After you know what your body needs or doesn't need, then you can start on your diet. Exercise 2-3 times a week, drink water alot (like 4-5 glass per day), meditate and keep up with all the plans and targets. Remember that you will start to notice the changes after -2 months so don't give up and continue with courage and confidence. Good luck;)
