Statistically only 5-7 people in a city of 5 million people, die from cigarette smoke related diseases why is everyone getting so scared they'll die from smoking cigarettes you have a better chance of dying from a car crash on the freeway?
Suggestion:
NYC has the highest tax on cigarettes in the country and are making these statements to justify why they are ripping them off like thieves. So they tell them that they would be dead if they didn't stop people from smoking by charging them more 3 times than the price of the cigarettes.
