i looked up some nicotine and tobacco free cigarettes and found these 'honey rose' ones. i was wondering if they're sold everywhere, if anybody has tried them/what they think of them, did it help you quit, etc?
Suggestion:
Am currently using Nicotine patches, why not give them a try, by substituting tobacco free cigarettes you're still damaging your lungs(Do to the hot smoke) and are only dealing with the physical and not psychological addiction, what ever you decide, well done for making the decision and good luck:-)
