….I can't use a lot of the Nicotine replacement products, which to be honest I'm not interested in anyway. Can anybody suggest anything to help me quit that would definately be safe for me to use?I should just point out I'm in the UK.
Suggestion:
thousands of people, myself included gave up cigarettes long before nicotine replacement patches were invented.
Because these products are now available to those wishing to quit, most people think they cant give up without them.
it a lot harder to quit without patches, but because you cant take them, you can try to give up the hard way if you really really want to, after about three weeks the craving does gets less. give it a go.
