I Need to Quit Smoking! Help?

okay, first off before you start with the bullshit like you shouldnt of started!, well anyway..

i started smoking properly (talking about half a pack a day) roughly about 10 weeks ago (i used to smoke before but just every now and then, i was never addicted), well im at college everyday now and i seem to smoke more when im with my friends as they all smoke, i usually go through about 5-8 day..

ive never really felt addicted, its just something i enjoyed doing, i never done it to fit in, i just liked the taste and it helps calm me down when stressed/pissedd off…

anyway, im really starting to feel addicted now, im trying to quit but i cant help myself from going to the shop and buying more.. even when im walking to college i have to go up a huge hill, there was a time when i could run up that hill easily but now i get out of breathe before im even half way up it!! any tip on helping me quit? id really appreciate it guys, thanks.
