Ive just stopped smoking and i have also just started going to the gym. I have been twice now. I do a 3 hour work out. Usually 1.5 hours of running and cycling, then another 1.5 hours of weight training.
At the moment, i am quite fat. So i was wondering how long it would take following this regime around 3 days a week to get slim and fit? For example, how long will it take to see my belly fat decrease, and my stomach muscles show.
