I smoked for 14 years
I smoked 15-18 a day
I was told aout that Allen Carr book Easyway to Give up Smoking! And it worked!
It changed my view of smoking completly and why i smoked.
The 2nd day of reading it i built myself up, knowing i was gonna have my very last cigarette that night, and when i did smoke it, to concentrate on nothing but the cigarette on how it made me feel, did it taste nice? and what was i getting out of it? So i could store it in my head for when my withdrawal pangs happened and it really worked..
I still have my obstacles like nights out with smokers so hoping i dont let myself down.
I am aware it is not a question but just wanted to let you guys know anything is possible
