I Have an Anxiety Disorder and Have to Quit Smoking Pot…suggestions?

…long story short, I've been using marijuana frequently for the past few weeks, and have smoked for almost 3 years now. It was really helping me deal with my obsessive, anxious thoughts, but now i have to quit. It's not the quitting that's going to be hard, I just need to cope with my anxiety somehow. I am in no place to seek treatment right now. Suggestions? If you're going to preach to me about the dangers of marijuana, don't bother answering.

Suggestion:

I drink camomille tea to help calm me down
You can also try vallerian tablets from your local healthfood store
I find that if I am having a panic attack or I'm just highly strung I walk around the house adn i touch stuff like the walls or the windows and i ground myself. I also will clean out my wardropbe or sort out my papers, anything that will distract me and keep me so busy that i'm ot thinking about how crap I feel.

Remember it takes 100 days to break a habit
ride the cravings waves by keeping busy when your cravings are getting stronger
sleep as much as you can too and take showers to relax your body adn wash away tension
get plenty of sun as lack of sunlight can cause depression and more anxiety
have a support phone line you can ring if you are feeling really bad

all u gotta do when u think of something is snap yourself out of it, i have it
