How to Quit Smoking?

Well last year I started smoking because of stress. It also killed time and stuff…Now I really wanna stop because it's gross and has done me more bad than good!

I swore to not have a cigarette, I lasted 15 hours. Help?? ):

Suggestion:

Try chewing gum. Go exercise.. Get it off your mind. It will be hard for about 2-3 weeks after that it will get easy. BE STRONG.. You are right they do nothing but bad for your body. Look up on the internet health effects of smoking .
