i am 20 years old male work to the navy (100 % risk free) , i dont smoke or have health problems .

Sorry, navy is NOT risk free!
And it depends WILDLY on the kind of insurance you buy. You could probably buy around $4,000,000 of whole life insurance coverage. Or maybe that $40,000,000 of term coverage, 10 year term. But off what the navy pays you, you won't convince an underwriter that you're actually WORTH that much.
