How Do I Gain Weight?!?!?

im so tired of my friend and family always saying, omg your so skinny, i remember when you had meat on your bones. I know you thinking why do i want to gain weight? its because im do skinny and i hate it, i have big boobs too, so i just wanna to add on a few pounds. I weight 110 n im 20. I eat a lot but never gain weight, i really want too. I stop smoking maybe that help huh? what else can i do. Thanks!

Yes, stop smoking. Plus, most folks who can't gain weight always overestimate how many calories they are taking in every day. More importantly than every day, every week. A lot of thin people tend to eat like a pig one day and hardly eat anything the next day. back and forth, back and forth.

I know most people thinks it sucks but if you want it bad enough this is what you should do: Start writing down your calories! Every day! Use calorieking.com to tell you how many calories are in every food.

Multiply your current body weight (in lbs) by 16. THAT is how many calories you should be eating Every single day! Break them down evenly amongst carbs, proteins, fats to make it easy.

Eat like this for 2 weeks. Check the scale. Did you gain weight? If so, COOL, keep things as they are. If you did not gain weight, add 20% more calories to your day. Eat like that for 2 weeks. Check the scale. Did you gain weight? etc etc until you find the right amount of calories for YOU. This is how weight gain is systematically done.

Design your meals around these foods:

Protein: eggs, chicken, tuna, salmon, white fish, turkey, whey protein powder

Fat: almonds, cashews, all natural peanut butter, avacado, extra virgin olive oil, fish oil capsules, evening primrose capsules

Carbs: oatmeal, fruits, veggies, rice, pasta

If you can't eat ALL your calories from the "good" foods I listed above, then eat 75% from the "good" foods and for the other 25% of your calories, eat some tasty junk food.
