Let me start by saying that I don't want any answers saying that smoking is terrible for me and I should never do it; I enjoy the occasional cigar and am going to stick with it. I smoke about 1-2 cigars a month (which translates into about the same nicotine intake as if I were smoking 1 cigarette every 3-4 days. Realistically, how big of a health risk is this level of smoking?
Suggestion:
Your health risks are low by smoking a couple cigars a month, you have nothing to worry about. Everything is fine in moderation.
