I can not speak for the cheep lower quality ones, but I just got my blus in the mail, and it's still early, however I do not think I will ever fill my lungs with tar, carcinogens, or toxic smoke ever again. I like them.
Suggestion:
I want to try them, I saw those water vapors on tv
