Finished Day 6 of Not Smoking What to Expect Next.?

i seem to be physically alot better with withdrawal symptoms, but im so sad about it and feel like I've lost a good friend. im having a hard time wondering what day, week or month milestones to look forward to? and does it get easier someone told me after 10 days it will become a habit.

Suggestion:

I quit for two years then had my fourth child and started smoking again. I quit again 3 months ago. It helped that my husband quit with me. We quit, and only craved cigarettes for about 2 weeks…then nothing. Now, I hate the smell of people smoking and really enjoy not having to break for a smoke. It will become easier and easier with time. Although, I have to admit I still have dreams of smoking.

Day 7… you are only as good as the next day you go without it.

It steadily gets easier. I quit smoking 2 years ago and am now repulsed by the smell of cigarette smoke.

P.S.: If you start getting cravings, then do what I did. Chew some gum and learn to fold Origami. That's what worked for me.
