E Liquid or E Juice for Electronic Cigarette?

Hi all
i want to quit the smoking, i am looking into the electronic cigarette and the e-liquid or e juice that they use
i want to no want the e-juice is and what you are actually inhaling, is it good for you, any side affects

Hey!, you will love them. I switched my habit over a year now. You have to go into these knowing up front there not ment to help you quit. They are alternatives to smoking.

E-juice/E-liquid are the same things, just be on the same page.

It is usually made up of 3 ingredients:
1. Water (safe)
2.Propylene Glycol (deemed safe by the FDA) It's in cigarettes already, not carcinogenic.
3.Sometimes Nicotine ( Harmful in large doses, really no more harmful than caffeine)

So what are you inhaling? The Atomizer in the e-cig vaporizes the mixture of those three substances listed above. If you get a good e-cig brand, it will feel and look just like smoking. The taste is a little different, but in a better way.

Is it safe? Well, no one can say that it is completely safe, just hasn't been around long enough, but what we do know is your not inhaling 4,900 other chemicals (60 know carcinogens THAT DO CAUSE CANCER) and tar build up.

If your looking for a good brand, my friends and I all use Smox (pronounced Smokes) I have bought a few from others and I wasent really satisfied with the performance, but Smox feels just like a cig and taste really good.

If you order from out of the country (UK,China), your e-cig may take weeks to get to ya and may get stop at US customs( you lose your money) so be carfull. Smox is located in IL, US.
