Does the Oil Additive Called Restore Really Work to Help Your Car to Stop Burning Oil?

my car smokes when first started and goes through about a quart of oil every 300 miles or so. will adding a can of restore help this or it just a waste of money? thanks! )

Suggestion:

I understand this product does help reduce smoke by two ways one it fills in the wear grooves some and conceals the smoke so you can't see it as much. If you like what your driving use it.till it cost too much
