Does Anybody else Think All of These Anti-smoker Laws Are Obnoxious in America?

Let me be straight: I don't smoke often, only when I drink or am REALLY stressed out. I would never smoke cigarettes routinely because I like exercising etc. Last night I had a dream about going to a baseball game and smoking a nice cigar with my beer. I love baseball and I decided to look up what stadiums still allow smoking in America. Turns out every single stadium has restrictions, with some (Yankee stadium) not allowing smoking or re-entry (what the…) While I understand the dangers of smoking A LOT, I really fail to understand why we restrict people from smoking to this extent. Lets get real people- its just smoke from a plant… forget all the brainwashing that our public school system imposes and lets be honest… smoking a cigar and drinking a beer or a glass of wine is EXTREMELY relaxing for a lot of people.

In other news, a local college just banned all smoking on campus. This is completely ridiculous. I really wish I grew up years earlier, when men were allowed to enjoy themselves.

Suggestion:

I'm not a smoker and I detest smoking, but yeah, the laws are getting out of hand. I think that there should be special smoking rooms or areas for people who want to smoke. I live in Ohio, and while I enjoy dining without cancerous fumes ruining my dinner, I do think that the laws are getting out of hand.

I think I heard that there is either a law or the push for a law that outlaws smoking on public property, even in one's own vehicle with the windows up! That's taking things too far.
