Before I go any further, I know the dangers of smoking! Please do not even mention them!
So, I am 15. I started when I was 12 ( i know. pretty young, but in the country where I come from, it is really easy for kids to buy alcohol and tobacco), I stopped after about about 6-7 months because we moved to another country. (I smoked 6-7 cigarettes a day, NOT every day, but when I got the chance, I smoked with friends, and sometimes on my own.) So i stopped when I was about 13 (early 13) This year in the summer, I went on a vacation to my country and I started smoking again. I really enjoy smoking, and now I appreciate the taste and the quality of the cigarettes and cigars.
So I bought a few packs so I can bring it out where I live now, and I still smoke them . Although they have become stale and quite disgusting now…
I usually smoke outside (i go for a walk or when i go out with friends and sometimes in my garden when my parents are not home) and when I come home I can always smell a bit of cigarette smoke on me (I always take a deodorant with me so I can spray myself after a cigarette).
Do you think my parents have noticed that smell?
And if they did, why don't they do anything about it?
Thanks in advance for the answers.
Suggestion:
If your parents are smokers themselves they probably will not notice the smell, since a smoker's sense of smell is poor thanks to their habit. If they don't smoke then maybe you have just got lucky in that you've smoked outside and the smell hasn't clung to you but it will be on your breath also so unless you are cleaning your mouth/freshening your breath also it's only a matter of time before they do smell it.
