I'm in college and i feel that i shouldn't have to lie to my parents about my smoking but at the same time i dont want to just bring it it up for no reason.
Suggestion:
If they ask be honest, but if you don't tell them and they don't ask that means that they don't suspect it therefore its not affecting you negatively. There is no reason to bring it up and disappoint them. But if they're suspicious… fess up.
