On the 3 hour diet, you are taught what the right foods to eat are and how to fit eating every three hours into your hectic lifestyle. In addition, you get a timetable especially tailored to your current weight and height and your desired weight loss.
There are those who claim that you can lose as much as 10 pounds in two weeks on this diet but you need to bear in mind that in the first two weeks of any diet, it is possible to lose quite a bit of weight, particularly if you need to shed a lot.
This seems to be a very successful diet but one that needs a great deal of commitment on the part of the dieter. If you can’t face eating every three hours then this isn’t the weight loss plan for you.
