I gave up smoking a few weeks ago and now want to jog get in shape……I can't run a mile YET but I am working on it!
Suggestion:
If I, as an overweight ex smoker, can run 10 miles surely you can run 1 mile. Running is 10% physical and 90% mental. So if you can't run 1 mile it's because you're thinking negative thoughts. Try being positive by saying things like I can do this or put the fact you are running out of your mind. Another thing that helps is music. What helps me is Rammstein – Links 2, 3, 4 but you can listen to whatever you like.
