i am about to go to the dentist for a filling and whould like to know if a dentist can write a script for the pills that help you quit smoking???? i will ask him for them if they can but dont knw if they are allowed to do that dont want him looking at me crazy like i have lost my mind lol

I'm not sure you will find a dentist that will do this. On the other hand, if you explain to him that the cigareetes are ruining your teethm he may be inclined to help you stop.
I think it's all in the way you go about explaining it. It can't hurt to ask, anyway. The worst he can do is say no.
A dentist can write a prescription for almost anything but they won't do this because if anything goes wrong you could sue him.
