Breathlessness After Smoking Pot?

About a month ago i was smoking some pot, then i had an attack of severe breathlessness, and thought i was going to have to call an ambulance. I have no history of asthma. I went to see my doctor and he gave me both a blue and brown inhaler, both of which provide very little relief. I then returned to my GP and he sent me to hospital where i had an xray which reviled nothing and a ultrasound which proved i haven't got a collapsed lung. I continue to have breathlessness on and off. I have had a blood test the other day( the results are not back yet) and i have a spyorgraphy booked, although i have none of the constriction associated with asthma, the feeling is more like i can breath in but cant absorb enough of the oxygen. I feel slightly flemy, but don't really have a cough.

My family has a history of auto immune diseases, i have vitiligo, and my grandfather has Addison's disease. I also have eczema ind i understand there is a link to asthma. My blood presure and sats are also normal. I have also spent a fair bit of time at my girlfriends house recently and she has several cats and a small dog, all of which have fleas

My history of smoking is i have smoked pot most days since i was 17 I am not 23, although i have smoked little over the last 10 months since i have been at uni but have smoked cigarettes during that time

If someone could offer some incite to what could potentially be wrong with me, or discount things it couldent be i'd be great full

Suggestion:

Well, marijuana does several things to your body. It raises your heart rate and blood pressure immediately after smoking. I think this may cause you to feel breathless, it definitely does for me. It never used to either, it just started recently. Try taking smaller puffs and maybe using a less harsh device, like a vaporizer. I quit smoking because it just started doing all sorts of negative things.
