Because I know I am. I hate people who smoke weed with a passion. They're breaking the law and ruining their health just like a cigarette smoker or an alcoholic does. Anyone who thinks weed should be legalized is a stoner who is ignorant of the dangers of the drug.

I smoke cigars and would never use weed. People that use weed are losers, every single one of them. They take away from themselves their ability to be the best they could be.

medical marijuana is different tho, i think there needs to be stricter qualifications on who needs medical marijuana, i know i can qualify for a license even tho the only thing wrong with me is i have had a knee surgery.

I don't smoke, but I am for the legalization of marijuana. I am okay with it being legalized ( I am non smoker, non drinker, well educated guy), but there must be very strict laws to prevent them from smoking it in public places, allowing the smoke to affect the public in any way, no driving high (although maybe no driving period for a month after smoking – since research shows chemicals that affect the brain stays in the body's fat which can lead to impaired driving and I really hate drunk driving already). Tax the substance really high, but low enough to get rid of the smuggling of it.
Weed has no record of ever killing anyone. All it does is chill you out, make some things funnier, get you hungry, then get you sleepy. Your probably a person that's been brainwashed by all the people saying it'll kill you and it's horrible, and you've never even tried it.
So yes. Legalize it. But I wouldn't let the government control it. They'll just tax way too much for it, and probably put things in it that will surely kill you.
First, I don't believe that all non-smokers are against the legalization of marijuana. Second, you are creating a sweeping statement, which is baseless, indeed. You want to know why? How can you break a law if you're smoking marijuana in a designated place, or when you're in a place where smoking marijuana is legal? Get inside designated coffee shops in Holland and you ain't breaking any rules. Third, cigarettes and marijuana are two different issues. Why? Cigarettes have not less than ten deadly chemicals in it (e.g. sorbitol, nicotine and tar just to name a few), while marijuana has no proven ill health effects and it is more medicinal rather than it is being hazardous (marijuana is used to treat glaucoma and asthma). This only proves that you're another victim of a highly-exaggerated news that you'd heard on your radio or watched on your TV screens during your free time. And mind you, people who smoke weed are not stoners. The real stoners are people like you because you still have time to entertain those baseless stories. Men who smoke marijuana, if not meditating then they're enjoying the benefits of it!..
No, all of my friends are non-smokers and I smoke cigarettes and weed all the time, in fact I have so little time to myself that I am thinking of banning some of them just so that I can get some sleep, it is not dangerous at all, you have just been brainwashed into believing that by your un-cool friends.
