Anyone Got Any Good Diet Idea's As I Need to Lose 6 Stones?

Hi, put on alot of weight after giving up smoking, couldn't stop eating crisps and chocolate. Need to lose 6 stones now, any good tips from anyone. Can't go to the gym as I faint due to heart conditions so need to lose the weight really by diet only (although I do walk now daily). Any tips and advice would be great.

Suggestion:

Cut out unhealthy snacks, try to have fruit instead. Have healthier meals, and smaller portions.

Walking is still exercising so try going for a walk everyday.

Just keep at it, it will take a while to lose 6 stone but if you stick to it and stay motivated you can do it.
