i'm 17 at the moment, i started smoking when i was 13. i really want to give it up, i've always known all the health risks and i really do regret taking my first cigarette.
i smoke around 20 a day now, and the truth is i really can't stand it.
i have never tried the patches or the inhaler or the gum.
but me personally i don't believe they help.
i crave it mostly in the morning just when i wake up and just before i go to bed.
i have a friend who's going to quit with me, so i'm hoping i find it easier that way.
does anyone have any advise, thanks.
Suggestion:
It's just like moving on from an ex girlfriend. You just have to forget about them. forget they're there. I haven't had a cigarette in over a year now. I actually hate smokers now. It's like, why the F would you voluntarily smoke this thing that is going to1)make you look like an idiot. 2) make you smell bad and 3)GIVE YOU CANCER!
